Based in Swaffham, PHCS Ltd offer a complete service to homeowners and businesses.
What jobs do we do?
Most really, just ask if you are unsure. Most of our work is small to medium size jobs taking a few hours through to a few weeks. Anything from leaking taps, blocked gutters, faulty doorbells, slipped roof tiles to brick weave drives and garage convertions. What jobs don't we do?
It might be easier to say what we don't do. Our handymen are not CORGI registered therefore we do not work with gas, although we can bleed or balance gas central heating radiators. We are not Part P certified electricians, therefore any projects that require there services we arrange for this. However we can still replace light fittings, light switches, capacitors in dishwashers, exterior security lights. See our list of services link above. Pricing information
For the vast majority of work we can quote you a price for the job, however some tasks can not be estimated so we revert to an hourly rate. Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 5.30 we charge £20 per hour. During evenings and weekends the fees are £30 per hour.
